- Using Backup Plugin:
Install Updradft plugin in to your wordpress site and back up your site. Check this.
2. Manual Backup
Back up the website files (From File manager) and Database files (from PhpMyAdmin)
If you use FTP Client like Filezilla: You can download and upload files directly between your local pc and Server.
